Bilden har tagits i samband med kulturhistorisk dokumentation av Löts kyrka, Uppland år 2004.
Löts kyrka består av ett långhus och ett smalare, rakslutet kor. Kyrkan är murad i gråsten som putsats. Norr om koret ligger sakristian. På kyrkans södra sida ligger det Rålambska gravkoret på platsen för ett medeltida vapenhus. Sakristian är kyrkans äldsta byggnadsdel och förmodas ha tillhört en äldre träkyrka från 1100-talet. Den nuvarande kyrkan uppfördes under 1200-talets andra hälft.
Invändigt präglas kyrkan mycket av 1908 års restaurering då valvmålningarna togs fram. Då tillkom de nuvarande öppna bänkarna, vilka ersatte en sluten bänkinredning från 1626. Kalkstensgolvet ersatte ett äldre tegelgolv. Kyrkan är försedd med stjärnvalv från 1400-talets slut. Längst i öster har koret ett mindre tunnvälvt utrymme. Valvmålningarna tillkom omkring 1490. De är av Albertus Pictors skola. Valven är förstärkta med dragjärn från 1600-talet. Predikstolen i barock är från 1657. Kring sekelskiftet 1800 tillkom dagens läktare och orgeln som invigdes 1814.
Löts kyrka präglas invändigt av olika perioder. Medeltiden är närvarande i rumsformen och valvmålningarna. 1600-talets renoveringsinsatser är synliga genom dragbanden och den mycket välbevarade predikstolen i barock. Klassicismen från decennierna omkring 1800 gör sig gällande i altaruppsats och läktare med orgel. 1908 års restaurering präglar också rummet. Då tillkom dagens bänkinredning och de medeltida valvmålningarna togs fram. Exteriört är medeltidskyrkan till stor del präglad av den nystilsarkitektur som var vanlig i arkitekturen kring 1900. I det här fallet en romansk och gotisk nystil.
