Den s.k. Storstugan av Curmans villor.
Vikingabåt med drakhuvuden i vattnet, den s.k. "Draken".
Båten som ligger på land är troligtvis "Apollo".

Carl och Calla Curman var djupt engagerade i nygöticismen och dess tankegods och önskade med Lysekilsvillorna skapa en fornnordisk miljö med allt som hörde därtill.
Som en del i denna skapelse införskaffades en ombyggd norsk fjordbåt. Fören och aktern var prydda med ett skulpterat drakhuvud, svartmålat med ett rött gap och vita tänder. Vikingabåten roddes fram med starka årtag. Båten gick inte att segla. Redan på ett foto taget 1890 av Carl Peter Curman ser man denna båt ligga förtöjd vid bryggan till öster om Storstugan. Under fotot står det att båten kallas "Nidhögg".
Vid mitten av 1930-talet har denna båt bytts ut till en lite mindre båt, som var c:a 6 meter lång, och som kallades "Draken". Även denna båt hade ett drakhuvud både i fören och aktern. Denna båt var mindre och inte så stadig som den tidigare båten. Båten var lite mer lättrodd och gled fram genom vattnet bäst med två årpar. Det gällde att ro i takt och att skevra med årorna vid varje tag. Den personen som satt i aktern styrde båten. Ofta stod någon av de äldre släktingarna på stranden och "övervakade att rodden gick stilmässigt till."
Med "Draken" gjorde man utflykter till ön "Tovan" som hade en liten vik som passade perfekt till båtens form. "Tovan" ligger mellan Grötö och Fiskebäckskil. Man rodde även ut till Gråskär och plockade musslor som tillagades då man kom åter till Lysekil.
1955 skänktes "Draken" till Vikarvet då båten inte längre var sjöduglig. Under några år låg den på land utanför Vikarvet innan den ruttnade sönder. Stäven på båten, ett drakhuvud, sågades bort, renoverades och finns nu bevarat i Storstugans matsal.
Från 1930-talet och fram till slutet av 1970-talet hade Carl Curman och Nanna Fries införskaffat en till båt "Apollo". Det var en lite stadigare träbåt med mast och sprisegel och som även gick att ro. Den rymde 6-8 personer samt korgar med picknick. Med "Apollo" gjordes många utflykter ut till öarna utanför Lysekil såsom Flatholmen, Stora Kornö och Testholmen. Man använde den även för att fiska från. Så småningom blev även denna båt gammal och skänktes bort till någon båtentusiast. Akterbrädan med namnet "Apollo" togs bort och finns idag bevarad ute på loftsgången åt öster på Storstugan.
