Stig Gustaf Eugén Synnergren, född 25 februari 1915 i Boden i Norrbottens län, död 29 april 2004 i Stockholm, var Sveriges överbefälhavare mellan 1970 och 1978. Synnergren var en stark förespråkare av värnpliktssystemet och under hans period genomfördes införandet av stridsflygplanet Viggen.
Under andra världskriget tjänstgjorde Synnergren som fänrik vid skidlöparbataljonen i Boden, där han bland annat bevakade den norska gränsen då Tyskland besatte Narvik. Efter kriget utnämndes han till kapten och gjorde på kort tid en snabb militär karriär. År 1963 utnämndes han till generalmajor och chef för arméstaben, år 1967 till chef för försvarsstaben och tre år senare till överbefälhavare.
Synnergrens mor, som gick under smeknamnet "Spirella", drev en butik för damunderkläder i centrala Boden. Hon kunde ofta ses i främsta ledet i Socialdemokraternas förstamajtåg.
