Yxan är av Rysk modell "rysk snickaryxa". Har två stycken av samma modell. En tillverkad i Bofors 1919, och en tillverkad vid Vallfors bruk, troligen vid samma tidsperiod. Båda troligen tillverkade för export till Ryssland. Om så önskas så kan bilder på båda fås.
