Den unge mannen är Artur Wester, född 13 april 1907. Familjen Wester bodde i lägenheten högst upp mot norr i Villa Birka fram till 1971 i olika konstellationer.
Lena Wester, dotter till Artur, bodde i Villa Birka 1945-53 + 1964-69.
