Arkitekt: Janne Lundin, som även gjorde arbets- och detaljritningarna. Husen är typsiska för 1880-talet. Fasaden ser ut som om det är av sten men är av puts. Huset till vänster är Överstehuset med adress Repslagaregatan 1/Järnvägsgatan 8. Uppfört i nyrenässansstil 1889-90. Huset fick sitt namn då översterna Gadd resp. Reuterswärd hade sina ståndsmässiga lägenheter i huset. Det högra huset, Repslagaregatan 3, år 1886-88. Ursprungligen fanns det två lägenheter på varje plan, dvs 8 i hela huset. På 1930-talet delades de upp så att huset innehåll 15 lägenheter. Några lägenheter har på senare tid slagits samman igen.
