Teaterprogrammen har tillhört fru Ragny Berg (1928 – 2015) i Uddevalla. Familjen hade tre döttrar och Ragny var hemmafru under större delen av sitt liv. Maken var resemontör och borta delar av tiden. Innan giftermålet arbetade hon på Wikströms bokbinderi.
1955-1956 bodde familjen i en trerummare på Bohusgården. Under åren där hyrdes tidvis ett av rummen ut, dels för att få större inkomster men också för att Ragny skulle få lite sällskap när maken var borta och arbetade. Givaren minns bl.a. Tant Inger som arbetade på Nyttokonst. Vid denna tid fanns ingen TV i hushållet. Ragny läste inga böcker, däremot gärna veckotidningar och noveller.
Troligen köpte Ragny teaterabonnemang eftersom antalet teaterprogram för åren 1955 – 1958 är stort. Till teatern gick hon i sällskap med sina systrar och en svägerska. Ibland finns det anteckningar på programmen om vilka Ragny gått tillsammans med på föreställningen.
1958 flyttade familjen till sin nybyggda villa på Dalstigen 8 i Uddevalla.
