Docka, boudoirdocka med kropp av tyg, formpressat ansikte av tyg med målade anletsdrag, halvarmar av kompositmaterial. Klädd i rosa långbyxor av sidenrips, hög hatt och redingot av blå filt, svarta tofflor av filt, skjortkrage av vit tyll och rosett av lilarutig taft.
Ägarinnan slutade skolan 1927 och började sin anställning vid Saxon & Lindström år 1928. Till julen 1928 fick hon denna docka som gåva av redaktör Lars Saxon. Dockan hade inköpts hos Antoinette W Nording i Sagerska huset vid Hamngatan. Sådanan dockor sattes bland soffkuddarna som prydnad, och ägarinnan erinrar sig att skådespelerskan Tollie Zellman flera gånger fotograferades "i sin boduar" med sådana dockor i en rynkad soffa. När ägarinnan gifte sig 1943 överfördes denna docka till landet, där den förblev tills Nordiska museet fick låna dent till 20-talsutställningen 1968.
Dockor av denna typ tillverkades under 1920-talet av den italienska firman Lenci, vanligen är deras dockor tillverkade av pressad filt och firmamärke under foten. (Denna docka har fastsydda tofflor).
Boudoirdockorna blev populära som accessoarer och maskotar under 1920-30-talen och var ofta iklädda luxuösa modedräkter från tiden. Unga kvinnor tog med dem på bl a danstillställningar och visiter (se t ex Coleman, Dorothy S., "The Collector's Encyclopedia of doll's", New York, 1986, s. 172-174).
