  • Påförd text: This plate representing the H C S Thomas Coutts, entering Bombay Harbour 2nd of June 1826. After a passage of 82 days from England. Sailed from Bombay for China on the 2nd Aug, arrived at Sincapore on the 26th and sailed from thence on the 28th, arrived at Mocoa on the 11th Sept. Sailed from China on the 23rd Nov. Passed Pava Head on the 10th Dec and arrived at St Helena on the 22nd Jan 1827. Sailed from thence on the 24th and arrived in the Downs on the 2nd March. Having made the quickest voyage, out and home on record, ten days within a year. Is respectfully dedicated to Capt:n Alex:r Chrystie by his officers, as a mark of their sincere regards
