Piparekrogen, Rinkabyholmsvägen 11 i Rinkabyholm, var en välkänd vägkrog vid gamla vägen mot Karlskrona, som byggdes i början av 1700-talet. Krogen har fått namn efter kungens musikanter, piparna, som ofta träffades här. Mer än 200 hästkärror stannade här dagligen. Hästarna fick vatten från en stor ho, som fanns till höger in på gården. Krogverksamheten upphörde i början av 1900-talet. Piparekrogen kallades därefter Piparegården. Den siste ägaren med lantbruksmark i Hossmo var Sven Svensson, kallad Svenne på Pipan. Vid hans död såldes gården till Myresjöhus av hans åtta systrar. Byggnaden brann år 1991 och det nuvarande huset påminner om det gamla. Kvar står ett magasin med svalgång som är tätortens äldsta byggnad. I hörnan vid Kuskvägen låg en lada som revs när sju nya villor byggdes.
