Åsa Jungnelius formgav konstglas för Kosta Boda i serien "Make up". De är utformade som läppar, nagellack och läppstift och har namn som Nailpolish, Lipstick, Hotlips… Museet samlade in dessa för att ställa ut i 100 innovationer som illustration av smink.
Konstglaset är ett exempel på hur materialet glas används av konstnären för att kommunicera ett budskap. Glaskonstnären Åsa Jungnelius vill med sin konst slå hål på myter och använder glaset för att spegla sitt intryck av vår värld. Åsa Ljungnelius knöts till Kosta Boda 2007. Hon "utmanar ständigt etablissemanget genom att ifrågasätta samhällets strukturella normer", enligt Kosta-Bodas information 2012. Hennes konst handlar om t ex estetiska hierarkier, mode och könsroller. Glaset som ingår i Kosta Bodas serie "Make up" i "Limited Edition"-sortimentet heter Hotlips, Nailpolish och Lipstick med färger som "neon pink" eller "pearl pink".
