- Bang & Olufsen Svenska AB överlämnade telefonen i samband med utställningen Älskade Telefon (2005). När utställningen avvecklades erbjöds museet telefonen som gåva. Dect-telefonerna innebar ett steg framåt för en friare användning av telefonen: man var inte bunden vid skrivbordet eller telefonbordet. Man kunde lämna rummet. Detta beskrivs av designhistorikern Lasse Brunnström. Han beskriver telefonen: "Den är gjord för att stå upprätt i förvaringsläge och bildar tillsammans med sin laddare ibasenheten en sparsmakad cylindrisk form. Med bältesclips och hörlurar kan den användas helt handsfree", vidare: "Liksom de flesta andra av B&O:s produkter sätts estetik, användargränssnitt och ljudåtergivning i högsätet. För den innovativa designen svarar Sörig Thomsen.".
